Student Services Student Services is located in Building C, Room 201. Services are available Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. You can reach Student Services via phone at 021 54220808 ext. 2502 or WhatsApp at 0822 9797 2011. Available services include:

  • Requests for academic documents (transcript, academic record, study plan card, certificate of active student status, certificate of thesis completion, certificate of graduation)
  • Requests for a new Student ID Card due to loss, damage, or expiry
  • Class absence permissions
  • Make-up exam requests
  • Grade review requests
  • Legalization of academic documents for active students
  • Program transfer requests
  • Academic leave requests
  • Withdrawal from university
  • Student ID reactivation requests
  • TOEIC certificate collection
  • Feedback and suggestions management
