HMFilm UMN is the coolest and most fun organization on campus representing students from the Film program. The Film Student Association serves as a platform to channel the ideas and talents of film and animation students into meaningful, exciting, and definitely fun activities.
We organize prestigious campus events such as the MIP Awards (campus film awards) and the Almanac Animation Awards, orientation for new Film students, film student gatherings, workshops for campus visits, video reel shootings, monthly games, and more. As fellow filmmakers, HMFilm is dedicated to enhancing the quality of education for all film students.
