Make UMN your \u201csecond home,\u201d where you feel comfortable and at ease, supported by academic and non-academic facilities that will greatly contribute to your success in pursuing knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>To provide support and guidance to students, UMN has established a dedicated Student Engagement Division, which consists of six subdivisions: Student Development, Student Services, Student Support, Career Development Centre, Scholarship, and Alumni Relations. Each subdivision has its own distinct roles and responsibilities. More detailed information can be found on the Student Affairs website.<\/p>\n<p>The Student Affairs Division is committed to supporting and serving students, particularly in developing soft skills. An excellent student is expected to possess not only hard skills (technical abilities) but also strong soft skills. One of the indicators of soft skill development is the accumulation of SKKM points (Student Activity Credit Units).<\/p>\n<p>One of the key points highlighted in UMN\u2019s vision is to produce graduates with noble character.
