          Character Building Mentoring Program\nThis program aims to shape the character of students by teaching the 5C values of Kompas Gramedia: Caring, Credible, Competent, Competitive, and Customer-delight. The activities focus on group work and sharing sessions in the classroom, where each group is guided by a mentor who provides material and facilitates discussions.\nThrough this program, the goal is for students to internalize these values in their daily lives and become individuals with strong, positive character. The program is designed to help students grow both personally and professionally, preparing them to be effective and responsible members of society.

        2. Teamwork and Leadership Training
          <\/b><\/span>This program equips students with essential soft skills such as growth mindset, resourcefulness, and problem-solving. The training uses the fishbone method, a tactical approach that helps students learn how to effectively solve problems.\nStudents will be divided into groups, each led by a team leader, and will be given case studies that cover various problem areas. The groups will then work together using the fishbone tool to identify and propose solutions to the challenges they face.\nThe goal of this program is to train students to think critically and provide solutions, work efficiently in teams, and develop effective leadership skills to tackle challenges in the future.

        3. Career Building<\/b>
          Career Building is a mandatory career preparation program held annually by the Career Development Center (CDC) for third-semester students. The goal of Career Building is to expand students' perspectives on the career paths they wish to pursue after graduation, allowing them to make the most out of their learning process and better prepare for their future.
          The Career Building program is divided into three key topics:
          1. Finding Purpose \u2013 This session helps students discover their life\u2019s purpose, particularly their career goals after graduation.
          2. Professional Sharing by Alumni \u2013 This session connects students with successful alumni, providing them with insights on what needs to be prepared early on, especially during their time in college, to achieve their career goals.
          3. Entrepreneurial Sharing \u2013 This session introduces students to successful entrepreneurs, offering them the opportunity to learn directly from industry practitioners and gain valuable entrepreneurial insights.

        4. Career Preparation<\/b>
          Career Preparation is a follow-up program designed to prepare students who are about to enter the workforce, specifically for their Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) or internship, which takes place in the 7th semester. This program is an in-house training, organized by the Career Development Center (CDC) in collaboration with partner companies that have established ties with UMN.
          The program is divided into three main themes, each delivered through three key sessions:
          1. Today\u2019s Employment Trends and Essential Employability Skills \u2013 This session covers current job market trends and highlights the essential employability skills that are crucial for success in today\u2019s workforce.
          2. A to Z of the Recruitment Process \u2013 This session explores the recruitment process in detail, including all the stages students will go through when applying for a job.
          3. Personal Branding & Professional Online Profile \u2013 This session focuses on how to build personal branding and apply it effectively to create a professional online profile, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
          Through this program, students in their 6th semester will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to smoothly transition into the professional world. The activities will be tailored to each student\u2019s program of study, ensuring relevance and practical application.
